Job Purpose (Summary Of The Role) :

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Frontend Developer with hands-on experience in React.js and Next.js. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing responsive, high-performance web applications, building reusable components, and ensuring seamless user experiences. This role requires strong collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and secure frontend solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop responsive user interfaces using React.js and Next.js frameworks.

- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate wireframes and design concepts into functional web components.

- Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.

- Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and performance.

- Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with modern web standards.

- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code, and participate in peer code reviews.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve frontend issues efficiently.

- Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in frontend development.

Required Qualifications & Skills :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

- 5+ years of hands-on experience as a React.js / Next.js Developer.

- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.

- Experience with Next.js for server-side rendering (SSR) and SEO optimization.

- Solid understanding of frontend architecture, design principles, and responsive design.

- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and GraphQL integrations.

- Experience with version control tools such as Git.

- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Bamboo, Bitbucket, Jenkins) and deployment automation.

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of an agile team in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with state management libraries such as Redux, Zustand, or Recoil.

- Hands-on experience with testing frameworks like Jest or React Testing Library.

- Familiarity with Google Tag Manager (GTM) implementation.

- Contributions to open-source projects or active personal GitHub portfolio.
