React.js/MERN Stack Developer

Role Overview :

This is a dynamic development role requiring 2-4 years of strong experience in building modern web applications, with a mandatory focus on ReactJS and the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, ReactJS, Node.js).

The incumbent will be responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining functional, scalable full-stack features, contributing to both front-end interface development and back-end API integration.

Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled ReactJS / MERN Stack Developer (2-4 years experience) with mandatory strong experience in ReactJS for front-end development and proficiency across the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, Node.js).

The ideal candidate will build high-performance, responsive user interfaces using modern React features (Hooks, Context API) and integrate them seamlessly with robust, RESTful APIs developed in Node.js/Express.js.

Key responsibilities include utilizing modern JavaScript/TypeScript, managing database interaction, participating in code reviews, and working effectively within an Agile development environment.

Key Responsibilities and Technical Deliverables :

Front-End Development (ReactJS Focus) :

- Develop and maintain complex, highly responsive user interface components using ReactJS.

- Utilize core React concepts, including React Hooks (useState, useEffect, useContext) and state management patterns (e.g., Redux, Context API).

- Implement modular and reusable components, ensuring high performance and cross-browser compatibility.

- Translate UI/UX designs and wireframes into high-quality code.

Back-End and Full-Stack Implementation :

- Demonstrate strong experience across the entire MERN Stack :

1. MongoDB : Working with NoSQL databases, designing schemas, and optimizing queries.

2. Express.js / Node.js : Building and maintaining robust, RESTful APIs and microservices.

- Integrate front-end components seamlessly with back-end services using asynchronous calls (e.g., Axios, Fetch API).

- Manage application deployment and configuration across development, staging, and production environments.

Code Quality and Process :

- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code using modern JavaScript (ES6+) or TypeScript (preferred).

- Utilize version control systems (e.g., Git) for collaborative development.

- Participate actively in code reviews, contributing to development best practices and ensuring code quality standards.

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications :

- Experience : 2-4 years of relevant experience.

- Core Stack : Strong experience in ReactJS and the complete MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, ReactJS, Node.js).

- Front-End : Proficiency in ReactJS (Hooks, Functional Components), modern JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.

- Back-End : Experience developing RESTful APIs using Node.js/Express.js.

- Database : Experience working with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases.

Preferred Skills :

- Familiarity with state management libraries like Redux or Zustand.

- Experience with TypeScript for improved code robustness.

- Knowledge of Jest/Enzyme/React Testing Library for unit testing.

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and Docker
