React.js Engineer - Javascript

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled React.js Engineer to develop and maintain high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in React.js, JavaScript, and front-end development, along with a solid understanding of UI/UX principles. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, and backend engineers to deliver scalable, responsive, and user-friendly web applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain responsive and interactive web applications using React.js.

- Implement reusable components, modular architecture, and state management using Redux, Context API, or MobX.

- Integrate front-end applications with backend APIs (RESTful or GraphQL).

- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and optimize applications for performance and responsiveness.

- Work closely with UI/UX designers to implement user-friendly and accessible interfaces.

- Participate in design discussions and provide technical insights to improve user experience.

- Implement animations, transitions, and interactive UI elements where needed.

- Write unit tests and integration tests using Jest, Enzyme, React Testing Library, or Cypress.

- Participate in code reviews, maintain coding standards, and enforce best practices.

- Debug and troubleshoot issues to ensure high-quality, bug-free releases.

- Work with product managers, designers, and backend engineers in Agile/Scrum environments.

- Provide technical input on project feasibility, timelines, and implementation strategies.

- Mentor junior developers and share knowledge on React.js and front-end best practices.

Required Skills & Technical Expertise :

- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6/ES7), HTML5, CSS3, and modern front-end technologies.

- Hands-on experience with React.js, Redux, Context API, Hooks, and React Router.

- Familiarity with state management, component lifecycles, and performance optimization.

- Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and JSON data handling.

- Proficient in responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility standards.

- Experience with version control systems (Git) and collaborative development workflows.

- Understanding of Webpack, Babel, NPM/Yarn, and front-end build tools
