Job Overview :

We are looking for a highly skilled React JS Developer with strong front-end/UI development expertise to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience building responsive, scalable, and high-performing web applications using React JS and modern JavaScript frameworks. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate design concepts into clean, efficient, and maintainable code while ensuring an exceptional user experience.

Key Responsibilities :

Front-End Development :

- Develop, enhance, and maintain user-facing features using React JS, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/TypeScript.

- Build reusable components, libraries, and UI frameworks for future use.

- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and convert wireframes into high-quality code.

Application Performance & Quality :

- Optimize components for maximum speed, performance, and scalability.

- Debug and troubleshoot UI issues, cross-browser compatibility problems, and application bottlenecks.

- Implement modern design patterns and front-end best practices.

Collaboration & Technical Ownership :

- Work closely with designers, backend engineers, and product teams to deliver seamless and integrated solutions.

- Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and consistency.

- Contribute to improving development processes, coding standards, and front-end architecture.

Mandatory Skills :

- React JS (Primary Skill)

Strong experience in :

- JavaScript (ES6+)

- HTML5 / CSS3 / SASS

- Responsive and adaptive design

- RESTful services and API integrations

- Solid understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices.

Nice to Have Skills :

- Working knowledge or exposure to Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

- Experience with other modern web frameworks or libraries.

Qualifications :

- 5+ years of experience in front-end/UI development.

- Strong portfolio of React-based applications.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
