We are seeking an experienced React.js Developer to design, build, and optimize scalable front-end applications. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality user interfaces, ensure best practices in development, and contribute to architectural decisions that align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities :

- Act as an SME (Subject Matter Expert) in React.js development within the team.

- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Lead and support decision-making on UI/UX architecture, performance, and scalability.

- Provide technical mentorship and facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions to upskill team members.

- Design, develop, and maintain reusable React.js components and libraries.

- Ensure cross-browser compatibility, responsive design, and accessibility standards.

- Integrate front-end components with RESTful APIs and backend services.

- Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.

- Monitor project deliverables, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of milestones.

Professional & Technical Skills :

Must Have :

- Proficiency in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3.

- Strong understanding of component-based architecture and state management (Redux, Context API, or Recoil).

- Experience with front-end development tools and libraries (Webpack, Babel, NPM/Yarn).

- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and asynchronous programming.

- Ability to write clean, modular, and maintainable code following best practices.

- Strong debugging and performance optimization skills.

Good to Have :

- Experience with TypeScript for strongly typed front-end development.

- Exposure to UI frameworks/libraries (Material-UI, Ant Design, Tailwind CSS).

- Knowledge of unit testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress).

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Agile methodologies.

- Understanding of micro-frontends architecture and SSR (Server-Side Rendering) frameworks like Next.js.
