React.js Developer - Javascript

Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled UI Developer with strong expertise in React.js to design and build intuitive, high-performance, and scalable user interfaces. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of modern frontend technologies, UI/UX principles, and the ability to translate design concepts into functional web applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop responsive, user-friendly UI components using React.js and related libraries.

- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend developers to deliver high-quality features.

- Convert UI/UX wireframes and mockups into clean, maintainable code.

- Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and performance.

- Write reusable, testable, and efficient code following industry best practices.

- Integrate APIs and work closely with backend teams to ensure seamless data flow.

- Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and improve coding standards.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve UI/UX issues across various browsers and devices.

- Stay updated with the latest frontend trends, tools, and technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

- 26 years of professional experience in frontend development (customizable).

- Strong proficiency in React.js, including Hooks, Context API, and functional components.

- Experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and responsive design.

- Knowledge of state management (Redux, Zustand, Recoil, or similar).

- Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, and asynchronous programming.

- Experience with Webpack, Vite, Babel, or similar tooling.

- Understanding of UI/UX principles and design systems.

- Experience with Git and version control workflows.

- Ability to write clean, scalable, and maintainable code.

Preferred/Good-to-Have Skills :

- Experience with Next.js or server-side rendering.

- Knowledge of Styled Components, TailwindCSS, or other CSS-in-JS frameworks.

- Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library).

- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

- Understanding of accessibility standards (A11y) and cross-browser compatibility.
