React.js Developer - Javascript

Role : React Developer

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design and development of robust, responsive, and high-performance web applications using React.js and its core principles.

- Translate UI/UX designs and wireframes into clean, well-documented, and reusable code.

- Implement state management using Redux, ensuring a predictable and efficient application state.

- Utilize Object-Oriented JavaScript principles to create modular, maintainable, and scalable code.

- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to define and implement new features.

- Optimize application performance for maximum speed and scalability across various devices and browsers.

- Integrate front-end components with back-end services using RESTful APIs.

- Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and champion best practices in front-end development.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in the React ecosystem.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues in the existing codebase.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 6-8 years of professional experience as a React Developer or in a similar front-end development role.

- Proven expertise in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+), with a strong understanding of web standards and responsive design.

- Extensive experience with React.js and its core concepts (components, hooks, routing, etc.).

- In-depth knowledge of Redux for state management, including middleware such as Redux Thunk or Redux Saga.

- A solid grasp of Object-Oriented JavaScript, design patterns, and software architecture best practices.

- Experience with front-end build tools (e.g., Webpack, Babel) and version control systems (e.g., Git).

- Familiarity with testing frameworks like Jest or React Testing Library is a plus.

- Strong problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in an Agile environment.
