Requirements & Skills :

- 8+10 years experience in working with React and other frontend technologies out of which a min of 4+ years in hands on leadership role

- Proven experience as a front end developer or web developer, with a strong portfolio showcasing past projects.

- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript, with a deep understanding of DOM manipulation and web standards.

- Experience with React.

- Familiarity with responsive design principles and techniques for building mobile-friendly web applications.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a passion for delivering high-quality user experiences.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.

- Contributions to open-source projects or participation in developer communities is a plus.

- Strong version control skills using tools like Git, with a commitment to maintaining high standards of code quality through reviews and automated tests.

- Exceptional communication and team-building skills, with the capacity to mentor developers, facilitate technical skill growth, and align team efforts with strategic objectives.

- Ability to lead in dynamic, iterative development environments.

Other tools / toolkit requirements :

- Mastery of JavaScript ES6+ and TypeScript, with a strong grasp of React's ecosystem, including hooks, context, and functional components.

- Demonstrated experience in translating complex designs into responsive, accessible React applications, ensuring fidelity to UX/UI principles.

- Proficient in advanced state management libraries and patterns, enabling optimal performance and maintainability of stateful logic in React apps.

- Adept at leveraging CSS pre-processor and CSS-in-JS for styled React components, ensuring consistent and scalable styling across applications.
