Primary Responsibility :

React Development and Component Engineering :

- Design and develop dynamic web applications from concept to deployment using React.js and its related libraries and frameworks (e.g., Redux, React Router).

- Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use, ensuring consistency and accelerated development across projects.

- Write clean, reusable, and efficient code following modern front-end best practices and coding standards.

UI/UX Implementation and Integration :

- Work closely with UI/UX designers to accurately transform design mockups and wireframes into responsive, functional, and accessible user interfaces.

- Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate RESTful APIs and ensure seamless, high-performance functionality between the front-end and back-end systems.

- Maintain and enhance existing React applications, introducing new features and improving overall application architecture as needed.

Performance and Quality Assurance :

- Optimize components for maximum performance across a wide range of devices and browsers, focusing on fast load times and smooth user interaction.

- Debug and fix issues and software defects rapidly to improve overall application quality and user experience.

- Write unit tests (e.g., Jest, Enzyme) and actively participate in rigorous code reviews to ensure high-quality and maintainable deliverables.

Innovation and Trend Awareness :

- Stay updated on emerging front-end technologies, React ecosystem trends, and best practices to continuously implement innovative and modern solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience : 16 years of professional experience in front-end development.

Core React : Proven, hands-on experience in building dynamic, scalable applications using React.js and its core principles (Hooks, component lifecycle).

JavaScript/Web : Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.

State Management : Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Zustand, or Context API).

APIs : Solid experience consuming and integrating with RESTful APIs.

Quality Assurance : Experience writing unit tests and participating in code reviews.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with server-side rendering (SSR) using Next.js or Gatsby.

- Familiarity with TypeScript.

- Knowledge of web performance optimization techniques (e.g., bundle splitting, lazy loading).

- Experience with version control systems (Git).
