We are seeking an experienced Kronos and PL/SQL Developer / Database Architect with strong expertise in RDBMS and NoSQL database environments.

The role involves managing, designing, and optimizing database systemsboth on-premises and cloud-based along with providing architectural and development support for Kronos and related workforce management applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Administer, configure, and optimize Kronos application databases and related systems.

- Design and maintain PL/SQL-based stored procedures, triggers, and functions for application logic and data processing.

- Install, configure, and upgrade NoSQL database servers such as MongoDB, Cassandra, PostgreSQL, and CouchbaseDB on cloud platforms.

- Manage database performance tuning, capacity planning, and backup/recovery processes.

- Collaborate with application and infrastructure teams to ensure high availability, scalability, and security of database systems.

- Evaluate and recommend database design, standards, and tools to meet business needs.

- Troubleshoot database-related issues and ensure data integrity across environments.

- Support integration between Kronos, RDBMS, and cloud-based data services.

- Create and maintain detailed database documentation and operational procedures.

Mandatory Skills :

- Kronos Application Database Administration.

- PL/SQL Development and Optimization.

- RDBMS Concepts and SQL Query Tuning.

- Experience with NoSQL Databases (MongoDB, Cassandra, PostgreSQL, Couchbase).

- Cloud Database Deployment & Maintenance (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Good To Have :

- Java Programming (for data-driven application development or integration).

- Experience with Cloud Services (AWS RDS, Azure SQL, Google Cloud SQL).

- Knowledge of REST APIs and Data Integration Techniques.

- Experience in Data Modeling and ETL processes.
