SharePoint Developer:

Role Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented SharePoint Developer to design, develop, customize, and maintain SharePoint-based solutions that support business processes and collaboration across the organization. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise in SharePoint development, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders to deliver scalable and user-friendly solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint Online and SharePoint-based applications.

- Build and customize SharePoint sites, pages, web parts, workflows, and document management solutions.

- Develop custom solutions using SharePoint Framework (SPFx), React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

- Integrate SharePoint with Microsoft 365 applications and third-party systems.

- Create and manage workflows using Power Automate.

- Develop business applications using Power Apps where required.

- Configure permissions, security settings, and governance policies within SharePoint environments.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SharePoint applications and integrations.

- Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Prepare technical documentation, deployment guides, and user manuals.

- Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, maintainable, and aligned with best practices.

Required Skills & Experience:

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (BE/BTech) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related discipline.

- Proven experience in SharePoint Development.

- Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 ecosystem.

- Experience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx).

- Proficiency in React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

- Experience with Power Automate and Power Apps.

- Knowledge of REST APIs and Microsoft Graph API.

- Understanding of SharePoint security, permissions, and governance.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Communication Requirements:

- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) are mandatory.

- Ability to interact confidently with internal stakeholders, clients, and cross-functional teams.

- Strong documentation and presentation skills.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Only Engineering graduates (BE/BTech) are eligible to apply.

- Candidates must have secured 60% or above in Mathematics in both 10th and 12th standard examinations.

- Strong academic background with a demonstrated aptitude for analytical and logical problem-solving.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Microsoft SharePoint or Microsoft 365 certifications.

- Experience with Power Platform solutions.

- Exposure to enterprise collaboration and workflow automation projects.

- Experience working in a professional services or consulting environment.
