Role Overview :

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer with 2- 5 years of experience to join our dynamic IT services team. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in Salesforce cloud development, with hands-on experience in Marketing Cloud and/or Service Cloud implementations. You will play a pivotal role as a Project Manager, leading end-to-end Salesforce implementation projects, ensuring seamless communication between customers, vendors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Act as the main project manager for Salesforce implementations, overseeing project delivery from initiation through post-go-live support.

- Elicit business requirements from customer business teams, transform them into technical solutions, and ensure alignment with company/project objectives.

- Coordinate various teams : Salesforce developers, business analysts, QA, vendors, and customer stakeholders.

- Communicate project status, risks, and milestones to client business stakeholders and technical teams.

- Manage project schedules, deliverables, and budgets to ensure timely and within-scope delivery.

- Facilitate smooth collaboration with Salesforce service partners.

- Oversee and perform UAT (User Acceptance Testing) coordination and cutover planning.

- Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and meet best practices and compliance standards.

- Provide support and troubleshooting for Salesforce solutions post-implementation.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- 2- 5 years of experience in Salesforce development, with hands-on projects in Salesforce Sales/Marketing/Service Cloud.

- Solid understanding of Salesforce customization (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components), integrations, and standard configuration.

- Proficient in developing solutions in Marketing Cloud and/or Service Cloud.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Salesforce certifications (Developer/Admin/Consultant) are highly desirable.

Location & Travel :

- This is a full-time role; hybrid/remote options may be considered.

- Some travel to customer sites or vendor meetings may be required based on project needs.
