RBHU Analytics - Project Manager - Salesforce

Role Summary :

We are seeking a Project Manager with 2-4 years of experience to oversee a Salesforce implementation. The role involves coordinating between the customers internal teams, their Salesforce implementation partner, and their international parent company to ensure smooth delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables

- Coordinate across multiple stakeholder groups

- Drive meetings, track issues, and escalate risks

- Support UAT and ensure user adoption

- Maintain documentation and project reports

Requirements :

- 2-4 years of project management experience (Salesforce/CRM preferred)

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

- Familiarity with project tools (Jira, MS Project, etc.)

- Experience in cross-functional/global team coordination

- Salesforce or PMP certification is a plus
