Role Description :

- Lead functional workshops with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.

- Map business processes to standard Dynamics 365 F&O features and identify fit/gap areas.

- Configure modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Budgeting, Procurement, Inventory Management, etc.

- Prepare detailed Functional Design Documents (FDD) for customizations, integrations, and reports.

- Support data migration activities: mapping, validation, and testing.

- Define and execute test scenarios; support UAT and go-live cutover activities.

- Train business users and create user documentation and SOPs.

- Collaborate with technical teams (developers, architects) to deliver solutions.

- Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Ensure compliance with Microsoft best practices, governance, and security standards.

Key Requirements :

- Minimum 12 years of overall ERP experience, with 5+ years in Dynamics 365 F&O (or AX 2012).

- Strong hands-on experience configuring key Finance and/or Supply Chain modules.

- Experience with at least 2 full-cycle D365 F&O implementations.

- Solid understanding of accounting principles and core business processes.

- Proficient in creating FRDs, FDDs, test cases, training materials.

- Experience using LCS, Azure DevOps, and Excel Add-ins.

- Strong communication, client-facing, and stakeholder management skills.

- Microsoft Certification in D365 Finance/Supply Chain (e.g., MB-310, MB-330) preferred.
