Job Description : Senior Functional Consultant.

Job Title : Senior Functional Consultant, Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain.

Experience : 12+ Years.

Location : Onsite.

Job Summary :

Key Responsibilities :

- Solution Architecture & Delivery : Lead full-cycle D365 F&O implementations, from requirements gathering and gap analysis through go-live and post-implementation optimization.

- Architect solutions that leverage AI and automation, including Copilot-driven processes and generative insights.

- Business Process Transformation : Conduct workshops with C-level stakeholders and business users to streamline finance and supply chain operations.

- Model and document end-to-end processes, identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency gains.

- Configuration & Optimization : Perform hands-on configuration of core D365 modules, including General Ledger, AP/AR, Budgeting, Fixed Assets, Procurement, Inventory, Warehouse Management, and Master Planning.

- Data & Testing Leadership : Oversee data migration strategy and user acceptance testing (UAT), ensuring data integrity and that the solution meets all business requirements.

- Mentorship & Enablement : Act as a functional lead for project teams, mentoring junior consultants and delivering comprehensive training programs to ensure high user adoption and long-term client success.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- 12+ years of ERP consulting experience, with at least 8 years focused on Dynamics AX / D365 F&O.

- Proven track record leading at least three full-lifecycle D365 F&O implementations for enterprise clients.

- Deep functional expertise across both Finance and Supply Chain modules.

- Hands-on experience with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate) and Lifecycle Services (LCS).

Preferred Certifications :

- Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate.

- Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant Associate.

- Finance and Operations Apps Solution Architect Expert.
