RAN Integration Engineer - 5G/LTE

Job Summary :

We are looking for a skilled and proactive RAN Integration Engineer with hands-on experience in Huawei wireless technologies and tools. The candidate will be responsible for the integration, configuration, and commissioning of RAN (Radio Access Network) nodes including LTE/5G sites using Huawei's OSS and related tools.

Key Responsibilities :

- Perform RAN integration, commissioning, and configuration of Huawei 2G/3G/4G/5G sites.

- Use Huawei tools such as U2020, M2000, iManager, LMT, PRS, CME, and OSS for site integration and performance monitoring.

- Manage and execute site software upgrades, parameter updates, and fault troubleshooting.

- Coordinate with RF, Transmission, and Core teams to ensure seamless integration.

- Validate and verify site KPIs and alarms post-integration.

- Prepare and maintain documentation for integration activities, acceptance testing, and handover.

- Support customer SLAs by ensuring timely and quality-driven site integration.

- Provide remote or onsite support for field teams during the installation and integration phases.

Key Skills, Qualifications & Tools :

- Bachelor's degree in Electronics & Communication or related field.

- 4+ years of experience in RAN integration, preferably on Huawei platforms.

- Strong experience in Huawei RAN equipment and OSS tools (BSC6900, BSC6910, BTS2900, BTS5900, U2020, M2000, LMT, CME, etc.)

- Knowledge of LTE/5G NR architecture and RAN integration workflows.

- Hands-on experience in scripting and parameter configurations.

- Good understanding of IP planning and synchronization requirements
