Role Overview :

As a Data Analyst based in our Gurgaon office, you will serve as a critical bridge between raw financial data and actionable business strategy. You will spend your day transforming complex datasets into meaningful insights, working closely with product managers, risk officers, and senior leadership to drive decision-making. By building scalable data models and intuitive visualizations, you will directly influence our lending efficiency, customer acquisition strategies, and overall operational performance, ensuring that data remains the cornerstone of our growth trajectory.

Key Responsibilities :

- Extract and manipulate large-scale datasets using SQL to support ad-hoc reporting and long-term strategic planning for the finance team.

- Develop and maintain automated ETL pipelines to ensure data integrity and accessibility across various internal departments.

- Design interactive dashboards in Tableau and Power BI to provide stakeholders with real-time visibility into key performance indicators and portfolio health.

- Perform deep-dive data mining to identify trends, anomalies, and potential risks within our credit and investment portfolios.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into robust data models that improve reporting accuracy and speed.

- Present analytical findings to management to facilitate data-backed improvements in product features and customer service delivery.

Required Skillset :

- Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries and utilizing Python for data manipulation, cleaning, and statistical analysis.

- Demonstrated ability to translate technical findings into compelling visual narratives using Tableau or Power BI.

- Strong understanding of data modeling principles and database architecture to ensure efficient data retrieval and storage.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders clearly.

- A proactive approach to problem-solving, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment.

- A degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field from a premier institute, reflecting a strong foundation in analytical thinking.
