What you will do ?

- Lead and manage the QA team, including assigning tasks, providing guidance, and mentoring team members to ensure high-quality deliverables.

- Develop and implement a comprehensive QA strategy and test plan to meet project requirements and timelines.

- Define testing methodologies, standards, and procedures to ensure consistent and effective testing practices across projects.

- Oversee the creation and execution of test cases, test scripts, and test scenarios to validate software functionality and performance.

- Manage the defect tracking process, including defect identification, logging, prioritization, tracking, and resolution.

- Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure early defect detection and resolution, as well as to facilitate communication and knowledge sharing between teams.

- Develop and implement test automation frameworks and tools to improve testing efficiency, coverage, and accuracy.

- Conduct risk assessments and prioritize testing efforts based on the impact and likelihood of defects.

- Analyze customer feedback and reported issues to identify areas for improvement and prioritize future testing efforts.

- Monitor and track key quality metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of testing activities and drive continuous improvement.

- Ensure compliance with relevant quality standards, regulations, and industry best practices.

- Generate and maintain documentation related to testing activities, including test plans, test cases, test reports, and release notes.

- Provide training, guidance, and support to QA team members to enhance their skills, knowledge, and expertise in quality assurance practices and tools.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and project managers, to ensure alignment on quality goals, priorities, and timelines.

What we are looking for ?

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

- Proven experience (7+ years) in software quality assurance and testing.

- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and techniques.

- Experience in leading and managing QA teams in a fast-paced software development environment.

- Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium, JUnit).

- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- Knowledge of Agile development methodologies is a plus.

- Relevant certifications (e.g., ISTQB, CSTE) are desirable.
