Must-Have Skills :

- Working knowledge of RET, RSSI, VSWR, and link/alarm troubleshooting.

- Experience with PiLoT and relevant diagnostic tools.

- Previous experience on AT&T or T-Mobile projects is mandatory.

Note : complete Night shift and bond for 2 years.

Key Responsibilities :

- Perform end-to-end link and alarm troubleshooting (RET, RSSI, VSWR, fiber loss).

- Utilize PiLoT and other diagnostic tools to identify and resolve RAN issues.

- Collaborate with field teams to install, configure, and integrate Ericsson RAN equipment.

- Monitor and validate RET adjustments, perform drive tests, and support network optimization.

- Manage alarms, identify root causes, and trigger corrective action in coordination with Operations.

- Execute change requests (CRs), small cell integration, and site swaps/escalations as needed.

- Prepare and activate scripts for BBU and RRU configurations, and maintain network documentation.
