Overview :

We are seeking a highly experienced professional who excels at both advanced data science and data engineering. This hybrid senior role requires expertise in building scalable data infrastructures, designing ML pipelines, and delivering deep learning solutions

Experience : 5+ years of experience in Data Science and Data Engineering

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Architect, design, and maintain end-to-end data pipelines, ensuring high availability, quality, and scalability.

- Build and maintain biometric data ecosystems (face/voice/fingerprint/iris) with complete CRUD lifecycle management.

- Develop, train, and optimize deep learning and machine learning models using PyTorch and TensorFlow frameworks.

- Implement automated data ingestion, validation, transformation, and model-integration workflows.

- Create scalable data storage solutions using distributed systems and cloud-native architectures.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate models into production and optimize system performance.

- Establish and maintain real-time data streaming and batch-processing infrastructure.

- Ensure data governance, security, compliance, and best practices across all stages of the data lifecycle.

- Mentor technical teams in modern engineering practices, ML architecture, and data strategy.

- Continuously evaluate new tools, frameworks, and technologies to improve system performance and ML capabilities.

- Roles and responsibilities are subject to change as per requirements from time to time.

Skills :

- Strong programming experience in Python and SQL, plus proficiency in at least one additional language (Scala/Java/Go).

- Deep expertise in training and deploying models using PyTorch and TensorFlow.

- Hands-on experience with biometric datasets, pattern recognition, and associated CRUD operations.

- Advanced skills in data modeling, distributed systems, and high-volume data engineering.

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and modern data services.

- Proficiency with workflow orchestration tools (Airflow, Prefect, Luigi).

- Knowledge of containerization, CI/CD pipelines, and ML orchestration platforms.

- Strong understanding of API design, microservices, and system integration.

- Ability to lead large-scale data initiatives with minimal oversight.

- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

- Flexibility to work across multiple projects with shifting priorities.

- Willingness to travel for client deployments or technical workshops.

Qualification :

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or related field.

Certifications :

- TensorFlow Developer Certification

- Meta PyTorch Certification

- Cloud Data Engineering or ML certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP)

- Big Data or Distributed Systems certifications
