R Systems International - Senior Full Stack Developer - Node.js/React.js

We are looking for a solid Senior Full Stack Developer with at least 3 years of experience to join our core engineering team. This isn't a role for someone who just wants to "complete tasks" or "close tickets." We need a candidate with a strong ownership mindset who can take a feature from an idea to production-either by leading a small team or by building it solo.

If you are a "pro" at Node.js, Postgres, and React, and you're excited about the possibilities of Generative AI and Playwright automation, we want to talk to you.

Key Responsibilities :

- End-to-End Delivery : Take complete "ownership" of features. You should be able to handle everything from designing the Postgres schema to building the React frontend.

- GenAI & RAG : Build and scale features using LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.). You will work on prompt engineering, LangChain/LangGraph flows, and integrating AI agents into our products.

- Browser Automation : Build robust, scalable automation scripts using Playwright. You should be comfortable handling complex flows, bypassing bot detection, and managing browser sessions.

- Backend Mastery : Architect high-performance services in Node.js. Use Redis effectively for caching, managing queues, and ensuring low latency.

- Technical Leadership : Lead by example. Conduct thorough code reviews, mentor juniors, and ensure the team follows best practices.

- Autonomy : You should be a "self-starter." We expect you to take a high-level requirement and deliver a production-ready feature with minimal hand-holding.

Technical Skills Required :

- Backend : 3+ years in Node.js (TypeScript experience is a big plus). Must understand the event loop, scalability, and secure API design.

- Frontend : Strong hands-on experience with React.js and state management (Zustand/React Query).

- Database & Cache : - PostgreSQL : Expert at writing optimized queries, handling migrations, and DB tuning.

- Redis : Practical experience with caching strategies, rate-limiting, and distributed locking.

- Automation : Deep expertise in Playwright (or Puppeteer) for both E2E testing and automation use-cases.

- GenAI Tech Stack : Experience with OpenAI APIs, vector databases, and AI orchestration frameworks.

- DevOps : Basic knowledge of Docker and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions/GitLab).
