Senior NetSuite Developer

Quorum Software is looking for a Senior NetSuite Developer to lead the development, customization, integration, and maintenance of its NetSuite ERP system. The role involves building scalable ERP solutions, integrating AI capabilities into business workflows, optimizing system performance, and guiding junior developers.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, test, and deploy NetSuite customizations, SuiteScripts, workflows, and new functionalities using SuiteScript 1.0, 2.0, and 2.1.

- Optimize NetSuite system performance, scalability, and functionality.

- Develop integrations with other business systems using SuiteTalk, RESTlets, and related integration tools.

- Integrate AI/ML APIs, including OpenAI, Claude, or equivalent technologies, into ERP workflows and business applications.

- Customize and maintain NetSuite forms, fields, records, and workflows to support business requirements.

- Provide ongoing system support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure alignment with business processes.

- Lead technical projects from requirements gathering and solution design through development, testing, and deployment.

- Collaborate with business analysts, system administrators, and IT teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.

- Mentor junior developers, promote AI-assisted development practices, and provide technical guidance.

- Prepare technical documentation and conduct training for end-users and technical teams.

- Identify opportunities to improve ERP processes through AI-powered automation and agent-based workflows.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Minimum 5 years of NetSuite experience, including at least 3 years in a senior or lead developer role.

- Strong expertise in SuiteScript 1.0, 2.0, and 2.1, and SuiteFlow.

- Hands-on experience with SuiteTalk, RESTlets, and other integration methods.

- Proficiency in JavaScript, SQL, HTML, CSS, and web technologies.

- Familiarity with SuiteCloud Development Framework (SDF).

- Experience integrating AI/ML APIs into business applications or ERP workflows.

- Proficiency with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot or Cursor.

- Strong problem-solving, project management, and organizational skills.

- Effective communication skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

- Fluency in written and spoken English.

Preferred Skills :

- NetSuite certifications such as SuiteFoundation, SuiteCloud Developer, or ERP Consultant.

- Experience with other ERP systems and integration platforms.

- Knowledge of accounting and finance principles.

- Experience with the NetSuite ARM module.

- Experience designing or deploying AI-powered automation solutions or agentic workflows in enterprise environments.

- Familiarity with LLM orchestration frameworks such as LangChain or AutoGen, or AI agent platforms.
