Job Overview :

Quorum Software is looking for an Integration Expert to join its Upgrades Center of Excellence (COE) within the Professional Services team. The role involves planning, designing, deploying, and improving technical services for enterprise software customers. The candidate will lead application installations, upgrades, integrations, and infrastructure-related activities while ensuring high-quality implementation and customer support.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage end-to-end application installations, upgrades, and technical services for enterprise software customers, including complex and customized solutions.

- Lead technical teams through configuration, development, deployment, integration, testing, and support of Quorum business software applications.

- Lead the design, configuration, development, and testing phases of software implementation, upgrade, and enhancement projects.

- Develop expertise in SQL, API configuration, Azure DevOps Pipelines, C# troubleshooting, and internal Quorum tools, and train team members in these areas.

- Work directly with customers to gather business and technical requirements, deploy software updates, train IT personnel, and resolve issues.

- Manage multiple customer commitments and prioritize activities across projects with different schedules and deliverables.

- Provide technical and product guidance during customer interactions.

- Mentor junior team members and promote high-quality, timely delivery.

- Improve software implementation and configuration tools, processes, and documentation.

- Develop a strong understanding of Quorum's application architecture, integration platform capabilities, and software development lifecycle processes.

Required Skills and Experience :

- Bachelor's degree in Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline with an analytical component.

- 5+ years of relevant experience in software development, cloud operations, and/or business consulting.

- Experience gathering business and technical requirements from customers and software users and deploying effective solutions.

- Experience leading a team of 3-5 people, mentoring junior colleagues, and managing end-to-end deliverables.

- Strong SQL and database skills, including writing functions and procedures, managing large datasets, configuring application features, and troubleshooting issues.

- Strong programming skills in C# and/or other programming languages.

- Understanding of the software development lifecycle and/or systems architecture.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Fluent in written and spoken English.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with cloud-based solutions, cloud/SaaS project delivery, DevOps deployments, and/or infrastructure management.

- Programming experience with SQL, Git, C++/C#, Java, VB, or other programming languages.

- Familiarity with systems architecture.

- Team leadership experience, including project scheduling and team collaboration.

- Experience or interest in the oil and gas industry.

- Experience managing software development efforts.

- Interest in developing customer relationships through direct interaction.

- Willingness to travel occasionally during the week to customer sites; most customer work is performed remotely from the Quorum office or from home.
