Job Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Scrum Master to join our dynamic team in a high- stakes, mission-critical environment. In this "Mission Mode" role, you will be responsible for facilitating the implementation and continuous improvement of agile practices to drive the successful delivery of complex projects.

You will work with multiple cross-functional teams to meet aggressive timelines, manage risks, and ensure high-quality outcomes. The ideal candidate will thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments and have a proven track record of leading multiple Scrum teams simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and sprint reviews to ensure effective collaboration and outcomes.

- Ensure that all ceremonies are time-boxed, focused, and outcome-driven to optimize team performance.

Mission-Focused Delivery :

- Drive high-priority projects, ensuring the team meets aggressive deadlines without compromising on quality.

- Remove impediments and blockers to allow team members to stay focused on delivering results.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure business requirements are clear, prioritized, and communicated effectively.

Foster Collaboration and Communication :

- Build and nurture high-performing, self-organizing teams that value collaboration, open communication, and cross-functional teamwork.

- Promote a culture of continuous feedback and improvement within the team and across the organization.

- Act as a buffer between the team and external distractions or obstacles to protect team focus.

Monitor and Report Progress :

- Report team progress, risks, and challenges transparently to leadership and stakeholders.

Agile Coaching & Continuous Improvement :

- Help identify and implement process improvements that drive greater efficiency and effectiveness in delivery.
