About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced QuickBase Developer / Engineer to design, develop, and maintain customized business applications within the QuickBase platform.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in low-code development, automation, and integration, with a focus on translating business requirements into scalable, efficient technical solutions.

This role will work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and other technical teams to enhance operational efficiency, automate workflows, and optimize application performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and deploy custom QuickBase applications to meet organizational and client requirements.

- Create and manage QuickBase Pipelines, APIs, and webhooks to integrate with external systems and automate workflows.

- Configure forms, dashboards, reports, roles, and permissions to support business operations.

- Analyze business processes and translate them into functional QuickBase solutions that drive efficiency and data accuracy.

- Maintain and enhance existing QuickBase applications troubleshoot issues, implement bug fixes, and optimize performance.

- Manage data imports, exports, and synchronization between QuickBase and external databases or systems.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business, analytics, and IT) to ensure seamless integration and alignment with organizational goals.

- Apply best practices in QuickBase governance, security, and performance optimization.

- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including application design, workflows, and user guides.

- Provide end-user support and training, helping non-technical users effectively utilize QuickBase tools.

Required Skills and Experience :

- 4+ years of proven hands-on experience in QuickBase application development and administration.

- Expertise in QuickBase Pipelines, API integrations, and webhooks.

- Strong understanding of relational databases, schema design, and data modeling within QuickBase.

- Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and SQL for extending QuickBase capabilities and integrating with external systems.

- Familiarity with Power BI, Power Query, DAX, or similar reporting and analytics tools.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to debug complex workflows and integrations.

- Excellent communication skills able to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Solid business acumen and the ability to translate functional requirements into effective technical solutions.

- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
