About the Role :
We are seeking an experienced and proactive DevOps Engineer to join our technology team in Noida.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, managing cloud infrastructure, and ensuring seamless deployment processes.
This role requires strong expertise in AWS, Jenkins, Kubernetes, and Git, along with a solid understanding of automation, containerization, and infrastructure-as-code principles.
As a DevOps Engineer, you will collaborate closely with development, QA, and operations teams to streamline delivery pipelines, improve system scalability, and enhance overall reliability.
Key Responsibilities :
1. CI/CD Pipeline Management :
- Design, build, and maintain continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using Jenkins or similar tools.
- Automate build, test, and deployment processes to ensure consistent and efficient code delivery.
- Troubleshoot and resolve pipeline failures, improving deployment speed and reliability.
2. Cloud Infrastructure & Automation :
- Manage and optimize AWS infrastructure including EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, ECS/EKS, CloudWatch, and related services.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Monitor, scale, and optimize cloud resources for performance, security, and cost-efficiency.
3. Containerization & Orchestration :
- Deploy, manage, and monitor Kubernetes clusters and containerized applications.
- Create and maintain Docker images, ensuring best practices for container security and performance.
- Streamline microservices deployment and orchestration across multiple environments.
4. Source Code Management & Collaboration :
- Manage Git repositories, enforce branch policies, and ensure version control best practices.
- Collaborate with developers and QA teams for code reviews, merges, and release management.
5. Monitoring, Logging & Security :
- Implement and manage monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, CloudWatch) for system health and performance tracking.
- Ensure infrastructure security and compliance with best practices for access control and encryption.
- Proactively identify and mitigate system vulnerabilities and performance bottlenecks.
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration :
- Partner with software engineers to align DevOps solutions with application requirements.
- Support troubleshooting efforts during development, staging, and production releases.
- Document infrastructure configurations, deployment processes, and operational procedures.
Required Skills & Experience :
- 4+ years of hands-on experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role.
- Strong expertise in AWS Cloud Services, including compute, storage, and networking components.
- In-depth knowledge of CI/CD tools, especially Jenkins.
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes for container orchestration and Docker for containerization.
- Strong understanding of Git-based version control and collaborative workflows.
- Experience with monitoring tools, logging frameworks, and infrastructure automation.
- Scripting proficiency in Python, Bash, or similar languages.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps best practices.
Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have) :
- Experience with Terraform or CloudFormation for IaC.
- Exposure to CI/CD on cloud-native platforms (e.g., AWS CodePipeline, GitHub Actions).
- Knowledge of networking concepts, security practices, and high availability architecture.
- Certification in AWS (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer or Solutions Architect) is an added advantage.
