Quantum-Specific Experience:

- Designing quantum-classical systems and scalable quantum solution architectures.

Location:

- Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead architecture of quantum solutions including system design, hardware and software stack selection, and scaling and performance considerations.

- Define reference architectures, patterns, and best practices for quantum engineering.

- Oversee end-to-end design of quantum and hybrid quantum-classical solutions to ensure maintainability, reliability, performance, and error handling.

- Collaborate with research to inject new algorithmic methods and with consulting teams to meet domain constraints.

- Interface with hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, Google) and platform providers to understand constraints of hardware and cloud quantum resources and manage integration.

- Mentor developers, set coding standards, and drive the technical roadmap.

Qualifications / Skills:

- 10-15 years experience in software and systems engineering with significant exposure to quantum computing or related fields.

- Strong systems and architecture background with familiarity in distributed systems and performance optimization.

- Proficiency in programming quantum circuits and strength in the classical and quantum stack.

- Good leadership and communication skills with the ability to guide and review the work of multiple developers.
