Brief About Role :

- We are seeking a visionary and experienced Quality Portfolio Leader to spearhead the establishment and growth of our Testing as a Service (TaaS) offering.

- This strategic role demands a leader who can drive a quality-first culture across the enterprise, encompassing application, database, platform, and MLOps quality initiatives.

- You will be instrumental in defining our QA delivery strategy, designing robust testing frameworks, and actively contributing to our Go-To-Market efforts, positioning us as a leader in quality assurance.

Must have skills :

- Proven ability to define and execute comprehensive QA vision and test strategies for production-grade projects, establishing best practices, standards, and experience in setting up or leading a Quality Assurance Center of Excellence.

- Deep understanding of ETL testing, Data Warehouse architecture, and AWS cloud services as a Data QA Lead.

- Hands on QA experience with AWS services including Glue, Lambda, S3, RDS, Redshift, API

Gateway, and AWS Managed Airflow.

- Extensive experience with REST API and ETL automation testing.

- Proficient in SQL, Python, and PySpark for Data QA.

- Exceptional communication skills for client engagement, articulating QA best practices, and

influencing strategic decisions.

- Ability to lead and mentor Test Automation Engineers, navigating ambiguity and evolving

requirements in fast-paced environments.

- Demonstrated ability to support and contribute to Go-to-Market strategies for new service

offerings, leveraging QA expertise.

Good to have skills :

- Experience of testing for Machine Learning workloads delivered using Amazon SageMaker.

- Experience in Performance testing using JMeter, Gatling.

- Domain experience in the retail space with projects for customer retention, customer behavior analysis, product recommendations etc.

- A/B testing experience.

Other skills :

- Ability to work well with an agile team of developers and architects.

- High sense of responsibility and ownership and experience of working in the agile

methodology.
