The Algorithm Architect - ADAS is responsible for defining, designing, and validating algorithms that enable advanced driver assistance and autonomous driving functions.

The role focuses on perception, sensor fusion, path planning and control algorithms, ensuring their integration within embedded and high-performance computing environments.

You will serve as the technical authority for algorithmic design, ensuring alignment with system-level requirements, functional safety, and real-time constraints.

Role Highlights :

- Architect end-to-end ADAS algorithm frameworks (ACC, LKA, AEB, etc.)

- Lead perception, sensor fusion, prediction, planning & control algorithm design.

- Work with multi-sensor inputs : camera, radar, ultrasonic, IMU, GNSS.

- Optimize algorithms for ECUs, GPUs & embedded platforms.

- Drive SIL/HIL, simulation & vehicle-level validation.

- Ensure ISO 26262 & SOTIF compliance.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams & mentor algorithm engineers.

What Were Looking For :

- 8- 12 years in ADAS/Autonomous Driving algorithm development.

- Strong in sensor fusion, computer vision, planning & control algorithms.

- Expertise in C/C++, Python, MATLAB/Simulink.

- Experience with AI/ML pipelines (CNN/RNN/Transformers).

- Knowledge of AUTOSAR, RTOS, vehicle dynamics & state estimation.

- Hands-on with CarMaker, SIL/HIL, ROS/ROS2, ADTF, RTMaps.

- Exposure to GPU/SoC acceleration (NVIDIA/Qualcomm/TI).
