Role & Responsibilities :

- We are looking for an experienced AI/ML Architect (9+ years) with a strong background in GenAI, LLMs, and ML system design to lead end-to-end architecture, design, and development of intelligent solutions.

- The candidate will be responsible for building scalable AI-driven systems, integrating Large Language Models (LLMs), and driving innovation across NLP, computer vision, and data-centric workloads.

- Architect and implement LLM-powered applications (Text-to-SQL, RAG, Agent Orchestration, and Prompt Engineering frameworks).

- Design scalable data and ML pipelines for training, fine-tuning, and deploying models.

- Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and DevOps teams to define AI system architecture and MLOps practices.

- Work with cloud-native services (GCP/AWS) to deploy, monitor, and optimize AI/ML workloads.

- Lead model evaluation and optimization for performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency.

- Contribute to roadmap discussions and provide technical leadership for new AI initiatives.

Preferred skills/tools :

- Strong expertise in Generative AI concepts RAG, Text-to-SQL, Agentic workflows, and Prompt Tuning.

- Hands-on experience with open-source LLMs (Llama, Mistral, Falcon, etc.) and frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face, or Haystack.

- Solid foundation in Machine Learning & Deep Learning, with knowledge of feature engineering, model tuning, and evaluation.

- Experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP) sentiment analysis, summarization, text segmentation, anomaly detection, and synthetic data generation.

- Exposure to Computer Vision workflows image/video classification, detection, or feature extraction.

- Strong coding proficiency in Python (PyTorch/TensorFlow).

- Working knowledge of containerization (Docker) and CI/CD for ML deployment.

- Practical experience with cloud computing services (GCP preferred, AWS exposure desirable).
