You will work on cutting-edge ML models, handle large datasets, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring AI-powered features into production.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models for various business applications.

- Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and rigorous model evaluation to ensure high-quality solutions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and data teams, to integrate ML solutions into production systems.

- Optimize model performance and scalability for real-time applications.

- Stay updated with the latest research, tools, and technologies in AI/ML to drive innovation.

Qualifications & Skills :

- Strong experience with Python and popular ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.

- Hands-on experience with data pipelines, model deployment, and performance tuning.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure is a plus.

- Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts, including Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and deep learning.

- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.

- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with a collaborative mindset.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience in tuning LLMs and working with generative AI models.

- Knowledge of model monitoring, versioning, and lifecycle management in production environments
