Quanteon Solutions - Lead Full Stack Developer - Node.js/Express.js

Job Summary :

We are looking for a Lead Full Stack Developer with strong technical expertise in frontend and backend development to lead and deliver high-quality web applications.

The ideal candidate will guide a team of developers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and take ownership of architectural and coding standards.

Key Responsibilities :

- Own the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), including planning, development, testing, and deployment.

- Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and code reviews for the development team.

- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define and implement technical solutions.

- Architect robust backend systems (Node.js, Express, etc.) and dynamic frontends (React, Angular, etc.

- Manage cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS/GCP) and CI/CD pipelines for smooth deployments.

- Optimize application performance, scalability, and responsiveness.

- Ensure security, code quality, and best practices are followed.

- Stay updated on emerging technologies and propose improvements to tech stack and workflow.

- Document architecture, code, APIs, and development practices.

Required Skills :

- Strong experience in backend development : Node.js, Express.js, RESTful APIs.

- Hands-on experience with databases : MongoDB, MySQL/PostgreSQL.

- Experience with cloud platforms : AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Good understanding of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and version control (Git).

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to take initiative.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Prior experience in a tech lead or senior developer role.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
