Position : Guidewire Automation Testing

Location : Hyderabad

Role Overview :

We are looking for a skilled Guidewire Test Automation Engineer with strong expertise in Guidewire applications and automation testing. The ideal candidate should have experience in Guidewire UI/API testing, automation frameworks, and a solid understanding of the Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance domain.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts for Guidewire applications.

- Perform functional, regression, integration, and API testing across Guidewire modules.

- Develop and maintain automation frameworks using Selenium with Java.

- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and QA teams to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.

- Identify, log, track, and verify defects throughout the software development lifecycle.

- Participate in test planning, test case design, execution, and reporting.

- Continuously improve automation coverage and testing processes to enhance product quality.

Required Skills :

- Strong expertise in Guidewire applications and automation frameworks.

- Hands-on experience in Guidewire Testing (GT) covering both UI and API testing.

- Strong experience with Selenium and Java for test automation.

- Good understanding of the Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance domain.

- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, defect lifecycle, and QA best practices.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience working with Guidewire modules such as PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, or ClaimCenter.

- Experience with Playwright (Java/TypeScript) is an added advantage.

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control systems, and Agile/Scrum methodologies is desirable.
