Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled Test Manager - QA with proven expertise in Automation, Mobile Banking, and Internet Banking. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in leading QA teams, implementing automation strategies (including Katalon), and driving high-quality digital banking solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Test Leadership & Strategy :

- Define and implement QA strategy across Mobile & Internet Banking applications.

- Manage end-to-end test planning, execution, and closure for multiple projects.

- Drive automation adoption across functional, regression, and performance testing.

Automation :

- Design and oversee implementation of automation frameworks using Selenium, Appium, Playwright, Katalon, RestAssured, or similar tools.

- Integrate automation with CI/CD pipelines to accelerate testing cycles.

- Track automation coverage and optimize regression suites for efficiency.

Domain-Specific QA :

- Ensure comprehensive testing of Mobile Banking and Internet Banking platforms, covering functionality, performance, security, and compliance.

- Validate integration across core banking, payments, and channels.

- Collaborate with product, business, and development teams to define acceptance criteria and ensure testability of requirements.

Team & Delivery Management :

- Lead onshore/offshore QA teams, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.

- Mentor team members on automation, test design, and execution.

- Coordinate with stakeholders, ensuring alignment on quality goals.

Quality Governance :

- Establish QA metrics (defect leakage, coverage, automation ROI, performance trends).

- Ensure adherence to governance, risk, and compliance frameworks in BFSI projects.

- Conduct reviews and provide continuous improvements in testing practices.

Must-Have Skills :

- 12+ years of experience in QA/Test Management, with at least 6+ years in banking/financial services domain.

- Strong expertise in Mobile Banking & Internet Banking testing.

- Proven hands-on and managerial experience in Test Automation using Selenium, Appium, Playwright, Katalon, RestAssured.

- Experience with API testing, CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Git), and Agile/Scrum practices.

- Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.

Good-to-Have Skills :

- Exposure to performance testing (JMeter, LoadRunner, or similar).

- Knowledge of security testing for digital channels.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (OCI, AWS, Azure) for digital banking solutions.

Qualifications :

- Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

- Certification in ISTQB/Agile Testing/Automation Tools preferred
