Test Manager, Automation (Playwright/Selenium)

Team Size : Manage 18-20 members or greater (8-9 squads)

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead automation testing initiatives for a corporate lending/origination platform.

- Manage a mid-sized team of testers while being hands-on with automation.

- Collaborate with technical stakeholders (developers, architects) and handle pressure situations effectively.

- Deliver test management activities including planning, execution, and stakeholder communication.

- Drive quality assurance in fast-paced client environments.

Must-Have Skills :

- Strong hands-on automation experience using Playwright with Java/Python (preferred).

- Alternatively, Selenium with Java experience is acceptable.

- Prior experience as Test Manager with both technical and managerial responsibilities.

- Strong people management skills (80% technical + 20% management blend).

- Ability to manage client-side technical stakeholders (developers).

Nice-to-Have Skills :

- Development background or coding exposure.

- Banking domain (Corporate Lending/Loan Origination)
