This is a full-time on-site role as a Test Manager based in Mumbai at QualityKiosk Technologies.

The Test Manager will be responsible for test execution, test management, test strategy development, testing, and creating test cases.

Job Description :

- The role involves overseeing the testing process, ensuring quality standards, and driving continuous improvements in testing methodologies.

- 12+ years of experience in Mobile Internet banking(Corporate/Retail Internet Banking), Payments, Forex, WMS or Cash Management or Trade Finance, Loans, Lending, LOS, LMS-preferable banking projects.

- Lead and manage testing efforts for multiple projects, including test planning, execution, and reporting.

- Define and implement test strategies, methodologies, and best practices to ensure the quality and reliability of software products.

- Manage testing resources, including test engineers, testers, and automation engineers, to ensure optimal utilization and efficiency.

- Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate software functionality and performance.

- Coordinate with development teams, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and ensure alignment on testing priorities.

- Analyse test results, identify trends, and communicate findings to stakeholders effectively.

- Drive the resolution of defects and issues, working closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution.

- Monitor and report on testing progress, including test coverage, defect status, and project timelines.

- Provide leadership and mentorship to testing teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

- Test Execution, Test Management, and Test Strategy skills.

- Testing and Test Cases expertise.

- Understanding of pre-sales, Estimation, SOW, Test Strategy, Test Planning, Defect Management, Quality Metrics, DSR,WSR,MSR, Stakeholder Management, Handling tough clients, Negotiation skills, Documenting evidence, Test Design, Quality Gates.

- Experience in developing test strategies and methodologies.

- Knowledge of test automation tools and frameworks.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

- Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
