Role Overview :

The Technical Business Analyst (TBA) acts as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.

This role is responsible for gathering, analyzing, and translating business requirements into detailed technical specifications while ensuring solutions align with business goals and technical feasibility.

Key Responsibilities :

- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand objectives, processes, and challenges.

- Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.

- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

- Collaborate with engineering, product, and QA teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements.

- Participate in solution design discussions to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with business goals.

- Support sprint planning, backlog grooming, and Agile ceremonies.

- Validate implemented solutions through testing, demos, and stakeholder reviews.

- Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.

- Create and maintain documentation such as process flows, data models, and system diagrams.

- Act as a point of contact for requirement clarifications and change management.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.

- 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Technical Analyst, or similar role.

- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.

- Ability to work with technical concepts such as APIs, databases, integrations, and system architectures.

- Experience writing user stories, functional specifications, and technical documentation.

- Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, SQL, Excel, or similar.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
