REQUIRED EXPERIENCE :

- 10+ years of Experience in Technology / Automation Development Projects with minimum 2+ years working as a Test Automation Architect (or similar)

- Demonstrated experience in defining and implementing test automation solutions leveraging one or more of the following: Selenium, Appium, Katalon, UI Path and experience in API Testing tools like SOAPUI, Postman

- Experience in one or more languages: Java (mandatory), Python, Ruby, VB

- Prior Experience in Dev Ops, Automated Deployments, Jenkins Pipelines, Containerization, etc

- Proven experience in designing and implementing Automation Testing frameworks and methodology to support agile product development / IT development programs.

- Hands-on experience specifying, establishing, and managing test environments and test data for functional automation projects

- Understanding of HTTP protocol, XML, RESTful data structures and JSON format/ CSS

- Experience working in an Agile-SCRUM environment using tools like Jira

- Basic understanding of relational(SQL Server, MySQL) databases

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DELIVERABLES :

- Responsible for developing automation strategy for client-specific testing requirements, architecting appropriate automation frameworks, and applying automated tools to support application testing.

- Provide end-to-end solution management (planning, design, development, risk management, resource, and client management)

- Assess client environment at the enterprise level and provide cross-platform, cross-tooling automation solutions that span across delivery models (waterfall/agile/DevOps).

- Define the architecture of the test automation solution required for clients with reusable code libraries

- Ability to identify technical needs for the team and work with the learning and development team for their career growth and enable them to become full-stack testers.

- Optimize the test architecture and full lifecycle automation approach from unit test through system verification, in collaboration with the Automation Factory.

- Experience in customer interaction and ability to present solutions and consult clients on technology solutions

- Experience with effort estimations, creating architectural documents/diagrams/presentations
