Key Responsibilities :
Preparation of BRD (Business Requirement Document) :
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and document business needs and requirements.
- Develop and maintain BRDs.
- Conduct research and data analysis to identify trends, issues, and opportunities.
Preparation of FRD (Functional Requirement Document) :
- Define clear project scope and objectives.
- Prepare FRD as the basis for design and development.
- Recommend improvements to business processes, systems, and products.
- Coordinate with developers to ensure business requirements are met.
Process Documentation (As-Is and To-Be) :
- Analyze and document current and future process states.
- Identify process steps, inputs/outputs, and responsible roles.
- Use standard notations/symbols and incorporate stakeholder feedback.
Smooth Execution of UAT (User Acceptance Testing) :
- Define UAT scope in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Create detailed test scenarios and test cases.
- Support stakeholders during UAT sessions and incorporate feedback.
Technical Skills :
- Hands-on exposure to RPA platforms such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism
- Understanding of attended and unattended automation models
- Familiarity with RPA solution architecture and bot lifecycle
- BRD (Business Requirement Document) and FRD (Functional Requirement Document) preparation
- Use case development, user stories, and functional specifications
- Process mapping and documentation using As-Is / To-Be models
- Strong understanding of RPA feasibility assessment and process suitability analysis
- BPMN, flowcharts, and swim-lane diagrams
- Tools such as Visio, Draw.io, Lucidchart, or equivalent
- Ability to identify automation opportunities and process optimization areas
- UAT planning and execution for RPA solutions
- Test scenario and test case creation
- Defect tracking and validation
- Support stakeholders during UAT and post-deployment validation
Tools & Technologies :
- MS Excel (data analysis, validations, reporting)
- Requirement and project tracking tools (JIRA, Confluence)
- Documentation tools (MS Word, PowerPoint)
Data & Integration Understanding :
- Basic understanding of databases, APIs, and file-based integrations
- Knowledge of exception handling and data validation in RPA processes
