Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented QA Tester to join our quality engineering team.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in functional testing, be bilingual in Arabic and English, and demonstrate strong analytical and communication skills.

You will be responsible for end-to-end software testing lifecycle activities including test planning, execution, defect tracking, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities :

- Perform end-to-end functional, regression, integration, and system testing of software applications.

- Execute test cases in both Arabic and English, ensuring multilingual UI/UX and functional consistency.

- Log, track, and retest defects using tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, ALM, etc.

- Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for production defects and propose process improvements.

- Develop test plans, test scenarios, and test cases based on requirements and design documents.

- Prepare and maintain Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) to ensure test coverage.

- Define and identify relevant test data for manual testing processes.

- Participate in peer reviews of test cases and provide constructive feedback.

- Track and report daily/weekly testing progress and status using defined QA metrics and templates.

- Share comprehensive testing statistics and status reports with internal teams and stakeholders.

- Adhere to the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and support Testing Center of Excellence (TCoE) best practices.

- Clearly communicate client requirements and expectations to offshore/onshore QA teams.

- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and support teams to ensure quality deliverables.

- Act as a bridge between the Arabic-speaking client team and the English-speaking delivery team.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 4+ years of professional experience in manual testing across web and/or mobile applications.

- Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English (written and verbal).

- Strong hands-on experience with test case design, execution, and defect management.

- Familiarity with testing tools like JIRA, HP ALM, TestRail, or equivalent.

- Sound knowledge of STLC, SDLC, and QA methodologies.

- Ability to conduct peer reviews and maintain testing quality across the team.

- Good interpersonal skills, strong communication, and a positive, team-oriented attitude
