Job Overview :

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Quality Assurance Analyst to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, executing, and improving test processes while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

You will be involved in the full QA lifecycle, ensuring that products meet both functional and non-functional requirements with minimal defects.

Key Responsibilities :

- Analyze requirements, user stories, and design specifications to create detailed test plans, test scenarios, and test cases.

- Identify test scope, test data needs, and acceptance criteria.

- Maintain comprehensive documentation for QA processes and results.

- Execute manual test cases for functional, regression, integration, and system testing.

- Identify, report, and track defects using tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or Bugzilla.

- Work closely with development teams to reproduce issues, validate fixes, and ensure timely closure of defects.

- Verify application behavior across browsers, devices, and environments as required.

- Ensure test processes adhere to quality standards and best practices.

- Participate in requirement reviews, sprint planning, grooming, and retrospectives.

- Suggest improvements to testing processes, test coverage, and product quality.

- Support the creation of reusable test assets and checklists.

- Work with developers, product owners, UX teams, and BA teams to understand functional and business workflows.

- Communicate testing progress, risks, and quality metrics to project stakeholders.

- Support business teams in UAT testing cycles.

- Write basic automation test scripts using Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar tools (if required).

- Collaborate with automation engineers to enhance regression coverage.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Proven experience as a QA Analyst or Software Tester.

- Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and testing methodologies.

- Ability to write clear, comprehensive, and well-structured test cases.

- Experience testing web applications, APIs, or mobile apps.

- Familiarity with bug tracking and test management tools (Jira, TestRail, Zephyr, etc.

- Basic understanding of databases and ability to write simple SQL queries.

- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.

- Good communication and documentation skills
