Job Summary :
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Quality Assurance Analyst to join our growing QA team.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality, stability, and performance of our software products through rigorous testing and analysis.
Youll work closely with developers, product managers, and other QA team members to identify issues, suggest improvements, and help deliver a seamless end-user experience.

Key Responsibilities :
- Review and analyze system specifications and user requirements.
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for functional, regression, integration, and system testing.
- Identify, document, and track bugs, errors, and inconsistencies using test management and issue tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, qTest).
- Perform manual and (optionally) automated testing across web, mobile, and API layers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, business analysts, and product owners to understand features and functionality.
- Validate product fixes and ensure defects are resolved before release.
- Contribute to test documentation, release notes, and quality metrics reporting.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Ensure software releases meet both business and technical requirements.
- Continuously improve testing strategies, processes, and tools.
Required Skills & Experience :
- 5-7 years of experience in software QA, preferably in Agile environments.
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, testing types, and SDLC.
- Experience with test case management tools (e.g., TestRail, Zephyr) and defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla).
- Basic knowledge of SQL for database validation.
- Experience testing web applications and/or APIs using tools like Postman or SoapUI.
- Familiarity with browser dev tools and responsive design testing.
- Ability to write clear, concise, and comprehensive test documentation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Good communication and collaboration skills
