Description :

We are looking for a Dynatrace Support Engineer with 3-4 years of experience.

The role involves supporting Pega applications, monitoring performance, and resolving issues using Dynatrace and Splunk.

Responsibilities :

- Provide daily support for Pega applications.

- Monitor system and application performance using Dynatrace.

- Analyze logs and issues using Splunk.

- Handle incidents, troubleshoot problems, and work on fixes.

- Coordinate with the development and infrastructure teams.

- Support deployments and regular maintenance tasks.

Skills Required :

- 3-4 years of experience in Pega Application/Production Support.

- Working knowledge of Dynatrace and Splunk.

- Experience with incident management tools like ServiceNow.

- Basic understanding of SQL and Linux commands.

- Good communication and problem-solving skills
