About the Role

QualityKiosk Technologies is hiring an experienced Automation Test Lead to join our dynamic QA team in Mumbai.

This role is ideal for professionals passionate about test automation, leadership, and delivering high-quality software solutions.

The Automation Lead will be responsible for driving automation strategy, leading teams, and ensuring successful execution across multiple client engagements.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage the QA Automation team across multiple projects

- Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable automation frameworks

- Create automation test scripting and execution plans

- Plan, schedule, and monitor test execution activities

- Share daily status reports and test execution reports with clients

- Coordinate with multiple client teams including developers, business users, and stakeholders

- Provide technical guidance, inputs, and clarifications to Test Engineers

- Review test scripts, test cases, and execution results to ensure quality standards

- Coordinate with users for test inputs, reviews, and approvals

- Define, measure, and implement QA metrics

- Prepare and publish detailed test summary and test execution reports

- Identify application issues, defects, and risks during testing cycles

- Perform load testing analysis and identify application bottlenecks

- Prepare comprehensive load test reports, highlighting hotspots and performance bottlenecks

- Share findings with client stakeholders and development teams for remediation

- Ensure adherence to QA processes, standards, and best practices

- Participate in project planning, estimation, and risk management activities

Technical Skills & Expertise:

- Automation Tools: Selenium, Appium, Playwright, Katalon Studio

- Programming Languages: Java, Python

- API Automation: REST API testing using tools/frameworks

- Frameworks: Hybrid / Data-driven / Keyword-driven frameworks

- CI/CD Integration: Jenkins or similar tools

- Test Management & Defect Tracking: JIRA, ALM, TestRail (or similar)

- Performance Testing Knowledge (Good to Have)

- Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile methodologies
