Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites for iOS and Android mobile applications using Appium and related frameworks.

- Build scalable, reusable, and maintainable Page Object Model (POM) based test architectures.

- Conduct comprehensive mobile testing, including functional, regression, smoke, sanity, performance, and exploratory testing.

- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for new features and enhancements.

- Integrate test automation pipelines into CI/CD systems (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or Bitrise).

- Collaborate closely with Android and iOS developers in an Agile/Scrum environment to shift testing left.

- Perform cross-device and cross-platform compatibility testing on real devices and emulators/simulators.

- Identify, document, and track defects using Jira; drive defect triage and root cause analysis.

- Analyse application logs, crash reports, and performance metrics to diagnose and escalate issues effectively.

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes, standards, and best practices across the engineering org.

- Mentor junior QA engineers and conduct code reviews for test automation scripts.
