Quality Engineer - Manual/Automation Testing

Job Summary :

We are looking for a skilled Quality Engineer to ensure product excellence through meticulous testing, analysis, and process improvements. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in manual and/or automation testing, strong analytical skills, and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in software delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute test plans, cases, and scripts based on requirements.

- Identify, document, and track defects to closure.

- Collaborate with developers and product teams to ensure quality at every stage.

- Perform functional, regression, and integration testing.

- Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and tools.

Required Skills :

- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and SDLC.

- Experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, Zephyr).

- Familiarity with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, or similar) is a plus.

- Understanding of API testing using tools like Postman or RestAssured.

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Nice to Have :

- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and Agile development.

- Basic understanding of SQL and data validation.
