- Strong hands-on experience in Test Automation Development

- 6+ years of relevant experience in Quality Engineering / Test Automation

- Automation of Functional, Regression, Integration & Release Testing

- Strong experience in Test Strategy, Test Planning & Test Execution

- Risk-Based Testin g

- CI/CD and automated testing frameworks

- Test Data & Test Environment Management

- Defect Identification, Tracking, Triage & Resolution

- Experience with Performance Testing

- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies

- Experience reviewing requirements, user stories, and technical solutions

- Knowledge of Secure Software / Systems Engineering

- Experience with quality metrics and reporting

- Strong technical leadership and ability to guide team members

- Focus on improving automation maturity, quality, and delivery efficiency
