Job Description :

We seek a skilled Quality Control (QC) Engineer with 1-3 years of experience in manual and automation testing.

The ideal candidate should have prior experience working with Electronic Health Records (EHR), Electronic Medical Records (EMR), and healthcare data.

A strong understanding of the US healthcare domain workflows and data, and proficiency in writing queries are essential for this role.

Responsibilities :

- Perform manual and automation testing to ensure the quality and reliability of healthcare applications.

- Conduct product testing to assess functionality, usability, and performance across various healthcare solutions.

- Design, develop, and execute test cases, test scripts, and test automation frameworks.

- Validate healthcare workflows, data integrity, and system functionality.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and product owners, to identify and resolve defects.

- Analyze system requirements and specifications to develop comprehensive test strategies.

- Write and execute complex SQL queries to validate healthcare data.

- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards such as HIPAA.

- Report defects, track issues, and verify fixes using test management tools.

- Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends in healthcare quality assurance.

Requirements :

- 1-3 years of experience in software testing (manual and automation).

- Prior experience working with EHR, EMR, and healthcare data.

- Strong understanding of the US healthcare domain workflows and data management.

- Proficiency in SQL and the ability to write complex queries for data validation.

- Experience with automation tools such as Selenium, TestNG, or similar.

- Familiarity with API testing using tools like Postman or SoapUI.

- Knowledge of healthcare compliance and regulations (e., HIPAA).

- Experience with defect tracking and test management tools (e., JIRA, TestRail).

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Experience in performance and security testing.

- Knowledge of cloud-based healthcare solutions.

- Exposure to scripting languages such as Python or Java for automation
