Quality Automation Engineer - Salesforce Testing

Role : Quality Engineer.

Position Type : Full-Time Contract (40hrs/week).

Contract Duration : 3 Months (Contract-to-Hire).

Work Schedule : 8 hours/day (Mon-Fri).

Work Hours : UK Time Zone.

Location : Hybrid in Bangalore, India (2xdays onsite).

We are looking for a Senior Quality Automation Engineer to join our team and lead the automation of Salesforce testing.

This is a hands-on role focused on creating test scripts, automating QA scenarios, and ensuring high-quality Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts for Salesforce applications.

- Build and maintain automation frameworks for functional, regression, and performance testing.

- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and QA teams to ensure high-quality releases.

- Drive CI/CD testing pipelines and optimize QA processes.

- Perform root cause analysis for issues and ensure corrective actions are taken.

- Contribute to process improvements and adoption of new testing tools.

Requirements :

- 3+ years of QA/Quality Engineering experience with a focus on automation.

- Proven experience creating test scripts and automating QA scenarios.

- Hands-on experience with Copado Robotic Testing (CRT) and CI/CD pipelines.

- If no Copado ? Selenium WebDriver or Playwright experience is acceptable.

- Strong background in Salesforce application testing (CPQ experience a huge plus).

- Proficiency in test automation frameworks, APIs, SOQL, and version control (Git).

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery models.

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Nice to Have :

- Salesforce, Copado, or ISTQB certifications.

- Experience with Visualforce, LWC (Lightning Web Components), Apex.
