Job overview :

We are looking for a skilled and proactive QA Tester with hands-on experience in Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) across both Front-End and Back-End, and a strong understanding of Business Manager operations.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for validating e-commerce functionalities, collaborating with development teams, and managing configurations directly within Business Manager, such as promotions, catalogs, and merchandising rules.

What you do :

- Perform end-to-end testing of SFCC implementations, including user flows, checkout, integrations, and performance.

Access and navigate Business Manager (QA enviroment) to :

- Configure and test promotions, coupons, and campaign rules.

- Manage catalogs, products, pricing, and merchandising settings

- Monitor orders, customer data, and reporting tools

- Collaborate with FE/BE developers to identify, report, and resolve bugs.

- Write and maintain detailed test cases based on functional requirements.

- Conduct regression, cross-browser, and mobile testing.

- Validate integrations with third-party systems (ERP, CRM, Payment Gateways).

- Document test results and provide actionable feedback to stakeholders.

What we expect :

- 6 to 8 years of exp of Testing experience

- Minimum 2- 3 years of experience testing on Salesforce Commerce Cloud.

- Solid understanding of Business Manager and its configuration capabilities.

- Familiarity with bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA) and test management platforms (e.g., Zephir).

- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

- Good command of technical English (documentation and communication).

Good to have :

- Experience with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, TestCaf- ).

- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- SFCC certifications
